Why is Eric Holder not in Prison?

Of all the questions, which one can ask, of why the United States is basically in the gutter, the one which stands out like a proverbial red-finger, more than the rest, is simply: Why is Eric Holder not in prison? Why is the Justice department headed by this man who does not have a professional history worthy of a single moment of praise? If one were to consider of all the positions which would be detrimental to a criminal conspiracy at the highest levels, the president being number one, while the position of Attorney General has to be number two… the official who stops criminal investigations is bound to the one who is ultimately responsible to enforce the Law. Considering the possibilities of potential damage control, what better way to manage such critical break-downs of “Judicial Process” than to have the two top positions compromised? Broken promises and busted oaths make great bed-fellows, especially when two or more of the same stripe are sharing the same filthy, blood-soaked bed.

If the Justice department, will not investigate specific Oval Office actions of criminal wrong-doing, the President is protected (as are his many minions known to us today as czars) and if the Attorney General is taking the heat, for yet another puss-riddled scandal, the president can protect one of his own by one of those infamous Executive Orders, which Mr. Obama has used prolifically, like so much toilet paper, to wipe his pretentious, communistic ass. Put these two observations together… one slime-ball protects the other because they are both made from the same cut of cloth. Both have caused, and continue to do serious harm to the Institution of the Government, and to the People, for whom they have zero respect. Both of these men are guilty of serious crimes and misdemeanors and yet for reasons too strange for comfort remain damn near untouchable.

Now why is that? Who do these two knuckle-heads answer to is the great mystery demanding a better answer.

As for Mr. Holder— he has been a very bad egg from day one:

—–“Eric Holder, current attorney general of the United States, managed an FBI operation that provided explosives to Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols just prior to the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995, according to official documents released during the ongoing investigation into government foreknowledge of the supposed terrorist attack.

–“According to the documentation provided in the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit brought against the Department of Justice by Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue, the Oklahoma City bombing had aspects of being an FBI sting operation that went out of control. Holder had authorized the FBI to provide explosives to Nichols and McVeigh, then lost track of both the explosives and their targets. McVeigh went on to detonate some of the explosives outside the federal building, an act that was designed to help anti-terrorism legislation pass Congress. But an additional case of explosives was unaccounted for.

–“After the bombing, when the FBI learned the location of the explosives, Holder reportedly sent emails to FBI agents ordering them to recover the explosives before they could be found by some other branch of the government. FBI agents failed to spot the additional, unexploded explosives during an initial search of Nichols’s home and offered to spare him the death penalty if he would help them recover them.

–“After Holder’s appointment as deputy attorney general in 1997, he met directly with members of Congress, including Senator Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), and persuaded them not to look into the string of suspicious deaths of those in custody connected with the Oklahoma City investigation. At the time, Holder knew that the FBI had provided the explosives used by McVeigh. He also knew that the FBI had failed to locate the portion of the explosives that had not been used. The fact that Holder knew this in 1997, and that the FBI went searching specifically for the explosives in 1995, proves that the FBI knew that the explosives had been provided and also that an amount of them had not been used.

–“When you look at these documents, that this was being monitored, this search for the box of explosives at the highest levels within the Department of Justice, right up to and including the White House I think, I mean, this wasn’t your local FBI office handling this,” said Trentadue. “This was being run right out of the Justice [Department] in Washington, D.C.”https://americanfreepress.net/?p=2086

Right from day one Mr. Holder was compromising federal investigations, which under any other circumstance of his official duties, Judicial or Due Process notwithstanding, such a level of inquiry would never be stalled, or denied, to specifically prevent the proper resolution to the very purpose of the law itself. There can be no Justice if the “process” is so thoroughly compromised, it is for all purposes another racket, where money is deciding what is heard and what is to be forgotten. That would be the process of silence.

By stalling, or preventing investigations from revealing the specific truths behind such crimes in motion, places Mr. Holder either in the acute position of political blackmail, or as an accessory to the crimes so committed. Mr. Holder is one curious cat, for not only did he succeed in hiding the truth (behind the Oklahoma bombing) of which he had career ending first-hand knowledge; he took a free pass on his criminal involvement and went on to commit even more brazen acts, of which curtailing the criminal investigations themselves, was apparently the least of his worries. Quite a few of these politically dirty scandals go directly from the desk of the Justice Department right back to the desk of the Oval Office. They are practically Siamese twins.  Holder, is doing the same thing for Obama, that his predecessors did for their boss’s and apparently for the same rotten reasons. I guess this is all just a part of that “Judicial Process” Holder is polishing like gold only it really just a cow patty. Will he never notice the difference, before placing it atop that gleaming mahogany mantle? The price of blind arrogance will be on display, right along side the other tin trophies of his despicable career.

From across the political spectrum there are many who see right through Mr. Holder.

–“Holder is the latest in a long line of attorneys general who do the boss’s dirty work and absorb anger that would otherwise reach the president, writes Nick Gillespie.

–“Eric Holder may not be the worst attorney general in American history, but he is the most recent—which amounts to nearly the same thing.

–“Despite its exalted status as the nation’s “top cop,” the job is best understood as a dumping ground for intermittently competent bulldogs who take out the president’s trash and act as his public-relations human shield. That was the basic duty of George W. Bush’s troika of torture apologists: John Ashcroft, Alberto Gonzales, and Michael Mukasey. Ashcroft went so far after the 9/11 attacks as to argue that dissent itself verged on the unconstitutional.

–“Those who scare peace-loving people with phantoms of lost liberty,” Ashcroft told Congress, “your tactics only aid terrorists.”

–“There’s no reason to believe that Holder will be sent packing anytime soon or that he’s somehow at cross-purposes with the president. Obama has voiced nothing but support for his attorney general, which means that there’s every reason to keep questioning Holder’s truthfulness. One of his first actions upon taking office was to underscore the Obama administration’s position that federal resources would not be targeted at medical-marijuana users and providers who complied with laws in states where the stuff is legal. The result? A record number of raids against medical-marijuana dispensaries in California and elsewhere in Obama’s “war on weed.” And yet Holder continues to insist, as he did last year before Congress, that “we limit our enforcement efforts to those individuals and organizations that are acting out of conformity with state laws.” So Holder is either out of touch with reality or following a script scribbled together in the Oval Office. Neither prospect is comforting given that Obama’s DOJ has yet to state its position regarding the full legalization of pot in Colorado and Washington state.”

–“It’s daunting to remember that Holder served as a deputy attorney general in Janet Reno’s Justice Department during the Clinton years. What lessons in self-preservation and executive-branch overreach might he have learned under Reno, the second-longest-serving attorney general in American history and surely one of the worst?”— http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2013/05/30/as-anger-at-eric-holder-grows-so-does-his-value-as-obama-s-lightning-rod.html

When the attorney general is doing essentially the down and dirty bag-work for the president, this constant breach of ethics, cannot be such a great mystery to those other elected guys, or those supreme court appointed guys. Is it really that easy to just ignore the massive pile of “Judicial Process” BS gathering decades long funk? Perhaps, so long as the mighty duo, do not show up to work dressed as gangsters, nobody can see through their amazing ordinary man disguises? When Clinton and Holder allowed Marc Rich to make a mockery of the law and interestingly enough, the IRS as well, did this not raise alarm bells that the cabinet position is suffering from a defect too dangerous to be ignored? If Justice, as a primary principle of truth, upon which the whole of the Law is to turn, is looking like Al Capone’s wet-dream in fish-net stockings, maybe it is time to revisit why such a department even exists. Why does America even need such a waste of office space, especially if the fool in charge wouldn’t know Justice, if it was stuck to his forehead, like a post-it note. One might also ask how many more criminal scandals has Holder effectively kept out of the Public View by simply refusing to do his actual job to insure Due Process does not become subverted to false claims of National Security?

If the person in that justice office is nothing more than the presidents, personal little bitch, what does this say about the president himself? If the government is manufacturing terrorist events, in order to “Justify” the colossal build-up of the National Security apparatus, to further the goals of the nefarious agenda 21, or half a dozen other criminal rackets now in motion, maybe they should all start wearing clown suits— so the people can be reminded that nothing they say is either truthful nor honest in any way shape or form.

The ugly bit of business south of the Border, which has been festering for decades, is another classic case of why the federal ass-hats in charge are indeed no better than clowns, except clowns can be funny without killing everybody in the audience. The sheer number of dead bodies connected to the infamous policies strangling common sense along that border are no doubt trending in the multiple thousands per year. Bad drug policies kill people period. And it is no wonder the mainstream media takes a powder when the heat gets a little too close for journalistic comfort:

—–“Meanwhile, the White House has said little about Fast and Furious. In June, President Obama said in a press conference: “My Attorney General has made clear that he wouldn’t have ordered gun running into Mexico. . . That would not be an appropriate step by the ATF.” He then deflected further questions by citing an “ongoing investigation.” And press secretary Jay Carney previously said that the President “did not know about or authorize this operation.” But as Heritage’s Rory Cooper wrote, “If that’s the case, how could neither he nor Attorney General Eric Holder not know about an operation that everyone else at the Department of Justice seemed to be actively involved in, including the Assistant Attorney General, U.S. Attorney and head of the ATF?”

—–“The attorney general Eric Holder has become the first sitting member of a president’s cabinet in US history to be held in contempt of Congress after Republicans vented their fury over a bungled gun-tracking investigation.

–“In legal terms the vote is of doubtful practical significance as the contempt issue will now be handed to the US attorney for the District of Columbia – a prosecutor who, as an official within Holder’s department of justice, is unlikely to proceed with a case against his own employer.

–“In a second vote, the House passed a civil contempt resolution by 258 to 95. That too has limited practical implications. The civil contempt motion will allow the House to proceed to the courts to ask them to force Holder to release the disputed documents, but judges rarely agree to intervene in cases where the president has already invoked executive privilege.” —  http://www.theguardian.com/world/2012/jun/28/eric-holder-contempt-historic-congress-vote

–“And if the White House has been silent, so has the media. It has been 57 days since the press has questioned the White House on the matter, when ABC’s Jake Tapper peppered press secretary Jay Carney on the issue, asking why the public knows so little about the story, what the Administration is doing to get to the bottom of it, whether the acting head of ATF would go to Capitol Hill to testify on the subject, whether it is something the White House is worried about, and if the President upset about it. Carney’s reply: He referred Tapper to the Department of Justice and remarked, “I think you could assume that the President takes this very seriously.”– http://blog.heritage.org/2011/08/31/morning-bell-the-fast-and-furious-scandal-continues/

Mr. Holder’s career path certainly seems to be charmed:

—–“Holder attended Columbia University, enrolling in 1969. He was active in the Student Afro-American Society and according to Discover the Networks:

“Holder also took a leadership role with the Student Afro-American Society (SAAS), which at one point demanded that the school’s abandoned ROTC (Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps) office be renamed the “Malcolm X Lounge” — “in honor of a man who recognized the importance of territory as a basis for nationhood.” In 1970, Holder was a participant in a five-day occupation of that office. And, according to some accounts, the occupiers were armed. In addition, Holder and SAAS also occupied the office of Henry Coleman, Dean of Freshmen, until their demands were met.”

–“Holder received a bachelor’s degree in American history from Columbia University in 1973 and went on to earn a J.D. from Columbia Law School.

— He was appointed as a Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia in 1988 by President Reagan

— Eric Holder was employed by the DOJ’s Public Integrity Section from 1976 to 1988

— In 1993, President Clinton appointed Holder as U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia

— In 1997 Clinton nominated Holder to Deputy Attorney General and he was confirmed by the Senate in a unanimous vote

— Holder was appointed U.S. Attorney General by President Obama

Sixteen Scandals: The Legacy of Eric Holder       By: Candice Lanier (Diary) | June 26th, 2013— http://www.redstate.com/diary/candicelanier/2013/06/26/sixteen-

Mr. Holder is an alumni of Columbia University— and so is President Obama:

—–“If anyone should have questions about Obama’s record at Columbia University, it’s me. We both graduated (according to Obama) Columbia University, Class of ’83. We were both (according to Obama) Pre-Law and Political Science majors. And I thought I knew most everyone at Columbia. I certainly thought I’d heard of all of my fellow Political Science majors. But not Obama (or as he was known then Barry Soetoro). I never met him. Never saw him. Never even heard of him. And none of the classmates that I knew at Columbia have ever met him, saw him, or heard of him.

–“But don’t take my word for it. The Wall Street Journal reported in 2008 that Fox News randomly called 400 of our Columbia classmates and never found one who had ever met Obama.

–“Now all of this mystery could be easily and instantly dismissed if Obama released his Columbia transcripts to the media. But even after serving as President for 3 1/2 years he refuses to unseal his college records. Shouldn’t the media be as relentless in pursuit of Obama’s records as Romney’s? Shouldn’t they be digging into Obama’s past–beyond what he has written about himself–with the same boundless enthusiasm as Mitt’s?” — http://www.theblaze.com/contributions/obama%E2%80%99s-college-classmate-the-obama-scandal-is-at-columbia/

Perhaps, getting poor grades and being a foreign exchange student is not the kind of information the current President wants to explain… and so it remains a mystery behind sealed records.

“Obama maintains a somewhat distant relationship to Columbia today. While he has turned down invitations to official Columbia events and appeared to deemphasize his Columbia years in the course of his campaign, Obama has sent personal notes to alumni of his class and is a donor to the university. Obama’s professors and classmates, including former international politics professor Michael Baron and current MTV president Michael Wolf, confirm that he was a brilliant, standout student and that he was an active participant in seminars. Baron said he was one of the top one or two students in his class. Despite this, Obama continually declines requests to release his Columbia transcript.

Many Columbia students audaciously hoped he would win the Democratic primary and the national election. Obama, however, appeared to tend to forget or ignore his Columbia affiliation, preferring to mention that he attended Harvard Law School. In 2012, Obama spoke at the Class Day of Barnard College. This caused considerable consternation in the Columbia College community (see “Obamanard“), especially among those who had been organizing to bring him to campus as a Class Day speaker for CC.

The New York Times speculated that the reasoning was tied to the political issues surrounding women’s health at the time. Following his victory, Obama nominated Eric Holder CC’73 for Attorney General and Julius Genachowski CC’85 chairman of the FCC. Judd Gregg CC’69 was later nominated as Commerce Secretary, but later removed himself from consideration, citing irreconcilable differences with the administration.” —  http://www.wikicu.com/Barack_Obama*

“The Obama campaign declined to comment for this article and did not offer an explanation for why his transcript has not been released. But observers speculated that one reason might be the racially charged nature of the election. Mr. Obama has acknowledged benefiting from affirmative action in the past, and details about his academic performance might open him up to critics eager to accuse him, probably unfairly, of receiving a free ride, Mr. Kabaservice said.” — http://www.nysun.com/new-york/obamas-years-at-columbia-are-a-mystery/85015/

Suffice to say, it cannot be said that Obama, fondly looks back at those good, old days at Columbia — *”Obama transferred to CC from Occidental College, which is even more rarely mentioned by the President, in the fall of 1981. At Occidental, Obama wrote, he had been into partying and drugs” — but still needed to make nice to keep his train puffing on up that political hill.  One has to wonder if the AG was from a rival political party IF such a relationship is possible, as each would have no reasons to protect the other. One bad seed to make another worse seed seem less evil by comparison. The track record of the AG office is so tarnished, one has to question the criteria these choices are being derived from and the short answer is the more broken the man(or woman) the better.  Just another curious coincidence of “my people” as the race card to beat any other such card in the down and dirty game of political cronyism.

In another corner of that rusty, old justice litter box of “Due Process” is this ‘too big’ of a stinker:

—–“The Invention Of “Too Big to Prosecute”

–“And we thought “Too Big to Fail” was bad. Following revelations that international banking giant HSBC had been laundering money for years for an unsavory cast of characters including Mexican drug cartels (those guys are everywhere), the Iranian government and even Al-freaking-Qaeda, the Department of Justice simply decided not to prosecute them. Although they announced HSBC would have to pay a “historic” settlement equaling about one week’s profit[ouch], not a single person faced or will face criminal charges. Just think about that for a moment: for helping to financially support Al-Qaeda, their total punishment was … nothing. [Shades of  BCCI perhaps? http://www.theguardian.com/business/2012/may/17/bcci-scandal-long-legal-wranglings%5D

–“Holder, in explaining the decision not to prosecute the bankers that colluded with terrorist organizations, said ““”I am concerned that the size of some of these institutions becomes so large that it does become difficult for us to prosecute them when we are hit with indications that if you do prosecute, if you do bring a criminal charge, it will have a negative impact on the national economy, perhaps even the world economy.””

–“Translating this to regular-people-speak, Holder is literally saying that the heads of HSBC are above the law. According to Eric Holder, no matter what they do, they can’t be prosecuted because that would “have a negative impact” on global finance. Again, these are guys that worked closely with drug cartels and terrorist organizations. Without money laundering, Al-Qaeda would be unable to operate, but Holder thinks it’s perfectly fine to financially support their continued existence.

[—–“In a January 29, 2013 letter to Holder, Senators Sherrod Brown and Charles Grassley had criticized this Justice Department policy citing “important questions about the Justice Department’s prosecutorial philosophy.”[125] After receipt of a DoJ response letter, Brown and Grassley issued a statement saying, “The Justice Department’s response is aggressively evasive. It does not answer our questions. We want to know how and why the Justice Department has determined that certain financial institutions are ‘too big to jail‘ and that prosecuting those institutions would damage the financial system.”[126][127]

–“Holder has financial ties to at least one law firm benefiting from de facto immunity to prosecution. Prosecution rates against crimes by large financial institutions are at 20-year lows.[128] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_Holder%5D

–“Holder literally believes the U.S. government has the right to assassinate anyone, including U.S. citizens, without ever having to explain to anyone why they did it. As Obama continues to add names to his “kill list,” Holder remains his most stalwart defender. According to Justice Department memos, the President (and any president that comes after him) can kill you just because he decides it would be a good idea.

–“The Constitution, of course, guarantees that no-one can be subject to punishment without due process. Holder famously redefined the term, saying “‘Due process’ and ‘judicial process’ are not one and the same, particularly when it comes to national security.” Never mind that this flies completely counter to both the spirit and the letter of the Constitution. As Stephen Colbert brilliantly explained, Holder is saying “Due process just means there’s a process that we do.” http://www.policymic.com/articles/43851/3-reasons-eric-holder-should-have-been-fired-well-before-the-ap-scandal

When it comes to notorious scandals Mr. Holder has so many, few agree in the mainstream press as to which one is the worst, but they do agree having so many is not the legacy of success:

—–“{10}The Holy Land Foundation. (2009-2012) Never heard of it? Most people haven’t but it has to do with the financing of terrorism.

–“Members of the House Judiciary Committee on oversight on Thursday called on U.S. Attorney General to provide documents and evidence relating to the landmark Holy Land Foundation trial – the largest terrorism financing trial in U.S. history.

–“The committee made a nearly identical request more than a year ago, however, the documents were never made available by Holder or his department, lawmakers say.

–“Following court proceedings, the Holy Land Foundation was found guilty of providing millions of dollars in funding to Hamas and other Islamic terrorist organizations in 2008. Named as “unindicted co-conspirators” in the trial were the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). Both have documented ties to the radical Muslim Brotherhood…which then have ties to the Obama administration, but I digress.

–“Lawmakers, like Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas), are again asking to see the evidence presented in that trial, a request that Holder does not seem to be in a hurry to fulfill. In an impassioned speech, the congressman challenged Holder to uphold his oath to “justice.”

–“{1}Press prosecution (AP, and Fox) After going after AP for phone records, the scandal that could take down Eric Holder expanded to a focus on a Fox News reporter. Who knows how much deeper it goes. But because this scandal has grown to the point where even many liberals are calling for his resignation and it might result in him losing his job, this will eventually rank as Eric Holder’s biggest scandal.” — http://www.nonsensibleshoes.com/2013/05/top-10-eric-holder-scandals-to-date.html

Well, Mr. Holder did not lose his job and so the scandals have continued as if Justice was indeed just a fancy word for doing nothing at all. In fact, he clearly believes in a certain quality of that ‘silence is best‘ theory of government.

—–“Under Holder’s leadership, the Department of Justice has brought six leak-related(Whistleblower) prosecutions against current, or former U.S. government employees, while all previous Presidential administrations combined had tried a total of three such cases. Holder was reportedly “surprised” by news reports pointing out this statistic, and was said to have told associates he did not wish leak prosecutions to be his legacy.[70] Several prominent leak prosecutions under Holder have involved communications between criminal defendants and journalists, and the pervasive use of traceable electronic communications between journalists and their sources provided the prosecution with a tool to determine the potential origin of published information.[71] Under Holder, the Justice Department has legally argued that journalists have no legal protection to maintain the confidentiality of their sources, and can be compelled by the government to reveal them, or potentially face criminal contempt charges.[72]

Funny guy this Holder. His legacy?

—–“Attorney General Eric Holder canceled an appearance before the Oklahoma City Police Department’s graduating cadet class Thursday amid angry protests over his scheduled visit.

–“Mr. Holder was expected to deliver remarks at the afternoon graduation ceremony, according to his official itinerary sent out by the Justice Department Thursday morning.

–“The Justice Department announced Wednesday its plans to overhaul the clemency and pardon process for jailed inmates, possibly leading to thousands of prisoners being released from federal penitentiaries. The move was made in part to right what it views as an unfair justice system, officials said. That rationale didn’t sit well with the protesters in Oklahoma City, according to Mr. Wesselhoft.

–“There’s a number of articles that can be brought for impeachment,” he said, citing the many controversial decisions that Mr. Holder has made during his tenure, including his handling of issues such as the clemency guidelines, the IRS scandal and the botched Fast and Furious gun-walking program.

–“In 2012 Mr. Holder was held in contempt of Congress — the first time ever for a sitting Cabinet member — for failing to provide key information about Operation Fast and Furious.

–“Earlier this month, Texas lawmakers railed against the attorney general in a House of Representatives oversight hearing, telling him in front of a Capitol Hill crowd that not only should he be held in contempt, but that he should be sitting in a jail cell.” — http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2014/apr/24/holder-cancels-speech-appearance-okc-amid-protests/#ixzz2zvQXrzJg

—–“During a meeting with a House subcommittee, Holder argued that the behavior (standing in a menacing way) of the New Black Panther Party was not comparable to historical voter intimidation against minorities, which often involved acts of violence and murder. Holder said, “When you compare what people endured in the South in the ’60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, to compare what people subjected to that with what happened in Philadelphia… I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line for my people.”[97]

–“Critics have interpreted this comment as evidence of racial bias on Holder’s part, with conservative James Taranto[98] of the Wall Street Journal arguing that “If he [Holder] approaches the job with the attitude that any group smaller than all Americans is ‘my people’, he is the wrong man for the position.”[99] Claiming the issue was politicized from the start,[96] Democrats[who?] have argued that those on the political right, particularly Adams, used this incident for purely political gain.[100] — http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_Holder

If it was just one minor smudge on an otherwise clean sheet, few people would pay much attention to any of those bipartisan squabbles, which are so frequent, it is like listening to kids argue over spilled milk. However, such is the level of corruption which has engulfed the Justice department, amongst several others as well, that the entire bloated administration of Mr. Obama is stinking like an over-sized pile of rotting fish under a blazing sun. Maybe, he can hire up another czar to get rid of that little problem. Or how about a corruption czar:

—–“President Obama and key members of his Democrat cabinet like Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, disgraced Attorney General Eric Holder, Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Energy Steven Chu, and UN Ambassador Susan Rice were all among the top ten most corrupt politicians in Washington for 2012, according to an annual list compiled by the non-partisan Judicial Watch. Also on the roster were several lawmakers including two GOP congressmen from Florida and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nevada).

–“The president himself made the infamous “Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians” list due to a series of scandals and broken promises that have plagued virtually his entire time occupying the White House. Lawless behavior, regular violations of the U.S. Constitution, unprecedented secrecy, and abuse of so-called “executive privilege” to protect his senior officials all contributed to Obama’s designation as one of the most crooked politicians in the capital today.

–“Citing the president’s 2009 vow that “transparency” and the “rule of law” would be the “touchstones” of his presidency, Judicial Watch said the statement would get in on the first ballot if there were a “Hall of Fame” for broken promises. “Instead of transparency and the rule of law over the past four years, we have witnessed the greatest expansion of government in modern political history and, consequently, an explosion of government secrecy, scandals, and abuses of power,” the non-profit public interest watchdog explained.

–“Among the specifics that earned Obama the designation was a shroud of lawless secrecy that permeated the entire administration. Judicial Watch, which investigates and prosecutes official corruption, was forced to file almost 1,000 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and close to 100 lawsuits against the administration to find out what was going on, it said. Despite stonewalling, the group investigated elements of ObamaCare, the showering of taxpayer money on mega Wall Street banks, continued funding of the “criminal ACORN network,” and much more.

“Another series of abuses that helped put the president himself on the widely respected corruption list was the use of unconstitutional and mostly unaccountable “czars” — many of whom were lawlessly put in charge of major government policies and programs. There are now 45 such figures in Washington, and more than a few have been linked to “scandals, thefts and kickbacks, flagrant and offensive statements, conflicts of interest, and radical leftist political ideologies and policies,” according to Judicial Watch, which has been monitoring “czar” developments for years. Obama’s “Green Jobs Czar” Van Jones was even a self-styled communist.

—–“It may be considered a strange case of “Back to the Future,” halfway around the world. Twenty years after the tearing down of the Berlin Wall and the apparent demise of Soviet communism, the United States appears to be emulating pre-Bolshevik Russia. Without knowing exactly how or why, America has become the land of the “czars,” men and women appointed by some undefined process, often of dubious legality, literally to rule over various segments and activities of our political, social, and economic life. America has a Science Czar, a School Safety Czar, a Car Czar, and even a Czars Czar.

–“It didn’t start with President Barack Obama, but the tendency to appoint unelected officials, in many cases unconfirmed by any legislative process, to high-level positions of authority over the political and economic life of the nation has greatly accelerated in the past year, owing in part to the fact that the United States has taken over corporations in the financial and automotive sector that had previously been governed primarily by a private-sector free market. Thus we have an Automotive Recovery Czar, a Compensation Czar, and others.

–“Some members of Congress, belatedly jealous of their political turf, have been grumbling about the number of new offices that the President has created without Senate approval. Congress, of course, has control over appropriations, and running all of these new offices costs something — though many czars have been appointed with salaries undisclosed. Those who remember our Republic’s founding documents, those parchments preserved under glass in our nation’s capital, may recall one of the charges leveled against the British King in our Declaration of Independence: “He has erected a Multitude of new Offices and sent hither Swarms of Officers to harass our People and eat out their Substance.” —http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/politics/item/2845-american-czars

–“The unconstitutional use of “executive orders” to further Obama’s agenda on illegal immigration despite clear laws passed by Congress, meanwhile, was also included on the list of his corrupt activities. Finally, the president’s fraudulent and illegal use of so-called “executive privilege” to shield disgraced Attorney General Holder from prosecution over the Fast and Furious gun-running scandal also contributed to the president’s corrupt designation.

–“The list could go on ad infinitum — with Benghazigate, bailouts, abusing the perks of office for luxury vacations for his family, and, of course, his personal involvement in the Solyndra scandal,” the non-profit group said in its listing. “But the bottom line is this: The federal government under Barack Obama is off the rails and out of control. And now, with Obama having been given the ‘flexibility’ of a second term, it can only be expected to get worse.”

–Aside from the president himself, many of his top cabinet officials also wound up on the corruption list. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who has previously appeared on the list, and Obama’s Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice, were both listed together. The reason: “Hillary Clinton’s and Rice’s lies about one of the most significant terrorist attacks since 9/11 are, perhaps, the scandal of the year out of this administration,” Judicial Watch noted. That scandal, however, is far from over.” —   http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/politics/item/14092-top-10-%E2%80%9Cmost-corrupt%E2%80%9D-list-dominated-by-obama-administration

In another related article the NewAmerican clearly spells out a tacit implication, of one finger of the hand, ignoring the rest of the hand altogether. And no doubt who that middle digit is extended to as a matter of Judicial process:

—–“The Central Intelligence Agency’s involvement in drug trafficking is back in the media spotlight after a spokesman for the violence-plagued Mexican state of Chihuahua became the latest high-profile individual to accuse the CIA, which has been linked to narcotics trafficking for decades, of ongoing efforts to “manage the drug trade.” The infamous American spy agency refused to comment.–“In a recent interview, Chihuahua state spokesman Guillermo Terrazas Villanueva told Al Jazeera that the CIA and other international “security” outfits “don’t fight drug traffickers.” Instead, Villanueva argued, they try to control and manage the illegal drug market for their own benefit.
–“It’s like pest control companies, they only control,” Villanueva told the Qatar-based media outlet last month at his office in Juarez. “If you finish off the pests, you are out of a job. If they finish the drug business, they finish their jobs.”–“Another Mexican official, apparently a mid-level officer with Mexico’s equivalent of the U.S. Department of “Homeland Security,” echoed those remarks, saying he knew that the allegations against the CIA were correct based on talks with American agents in Mexico. “It’s true, they want to control it,” the official told Al Jazeera on condition of anonymity.
–“Credibility issues with employees of the notoriously corrupt Mexican government aside, the latest accusations were hardly earth shattering — the American espionage agency has been implicated in drug trafficking from Afghanistan to Vietnam to Latin America and everywhere in between. Similar allegations of drug running have been made against the CIA for decades by former agents, American officials, lawmakers, investigators, and even drug traffickers themselves.–“Some of the most prominent officials to level charges of CIA drug trafficking include the former head of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Robert Bonner. During an interview with CBS, Bonner accused the American “intelligence” outfit of unlawfully importing a ton of cocaine into the U.S. in collaboration with the Venezuelan government.
–“Even the New York Times eventually covered part of the scandal in a piece entitled “Anti-Drug Unit of C.I.A. Sent Ton of Cocaine to U.S. in 1990.” And the agency’s Inspector General, Frederick Hitz, was eventually forced to concede to a congressional committee that the CIA has indeed worked with drug traffickers and obtained a waiver from the Department of Justice in the 1980s allowing it to conceal its contractors’ illicit dealings. –“An explosive investigation by reporter Gary Webb dubbed the “Dark Alliance” also uncovered a vast CIA machine to ship illegal drugs into the U.S. to fund clandestine and unconstitutional activities abroad, including the financing of armed groups. Webb eventually died under highly suspicious circumstances — two gunshots to the head, officially ruled a “suicide.”
–“Responding to Webb’s discoveries, top officials and even lawmakers eventually acknowledged that the CIA almost certainly had a role in illegal drug trafficking. “There is no question in my mind that people affiliated with, or on the payroll of, the CIA were involved in drug trafficking,” explained U.S. Senator John Kerry (D-Mass.) after the Dark Alliance series.–“Top-level Mexican officials have suggested complicity by U.S. officials in drug trafficking as well — even recently. “It is impossible to pass tons of drugs or cocaine to U.S. without some grade of complicity of some American authorities, observed Mexican President Felipe Calderon in a 2009 interview with the BBC. ” —  http://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/crime/item/12247-cia-%E2%80%9Cmanages%E2%80%9D-drug-trade-mexican-official-says

There is no excuse possible, no lie big enough, that can remove the outrageous, obvious fact that the CIA has always been a criminal, politically back-stabbing, foul evil stain-of-an-agency operating with impunity with the blessings of those on top of the political heap to whom such favors are extended. The nexus for all of this superior-level corruption goes right back to the Attorney-General and the President, because if they were really trying to stop the “crimes” in progress, all they had to do was start at the CIA and work their way down. Or is it actually up? That is the damning observation from afar on this particular brand of commerce business. No matter where that soiled carpet is pulled back there is an even dirtier layer under that one. And even if  somebody on that Hill actually wanted to get this criminal element rooted out there is also that wee bit of trouble concerning that Independent council law. Basically, it is dead and buried:

—–“Conservatives are up in arms over the Justice Department’s refusal to name a special prosecutor in the IRS scandal.  And that’s basically how the media covered it, as an Eric Holder vs. Ted Cruz argument.

–“But there’s some important history here that helps explain why the Obama administration is, in effect, able to investigate itself. And it’s a debate that goes to the heart of public confidence in government.

–“When the IRS inspector general found improper targeting of conservative groups in the Cincinnati office, Obama called the conduct “inexcusable.” Last month, though, he told Bill O’Reilly there was not a “smidgen of corruption” in the IRS.

–“The problem is the same one that gave birth to the post-Watergate law. If Justice finds no higher-ups were involved in the IRS misconduct, would that finding have credibility with the public? Would an outside probe have more credibility, or spiral out of control?

–“With the independent counsel law dead and buried, we’re not likely to find out.” —  http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/03/24/no-special-prosecutor-for-irs-scandal-heres-back-story/

—–“Cruz is very unhappy with the way these events are playing out. Listen to one of his recent statements:

“To date, nine months after a damning Inspector General report, nobody has been indicted, many of the victims have not even been interviewed, and Lois Lerner has twice pleaded the Fifth. And yet the Attorney General refuses to allow a genuine—and impartial—investigation.”

–“The Senator has also written a letter to AG Holder back on January 22. In this letter (which you can find on the *linked page) he also cautioned the AG about this apparent conflict of interest. He also asked for the immediate appointment of a special prosecutor with meaningful independence. It took nearly two months for a sitting Senator to get a response back from the AG’s office. That is, by the way, an indication of how slow our government operates under Obama.”– http://downtrend.com/jrc410/liar-eric-holder-and-corrupt-doj-appoints-partisan-obama-donor-to-investigate-irs-scandal-then-claim-no-conflict-of-interest/

—-*”Cruz isn’t backing down without a fight though as a recent spokesman recently talked to Breitbart Texas saying, “We will certainly push back…This is an issue that Cruz remains committed to.”

–“During a recent press conference, Cruz expressed his frustrations saying, “It is the height of hypocrisy for the Obama Administration to claim that the investigator leading the investigation into the IRS’s illegal program has no conflict of interest. The investigator is a partisan Democrat who has donated over six thousand dollars to President Obama and Democrat causes… Nobody should trust a partisan Obama donor to investigate the IRS’s political targeting of President Obama’s enemies.”

–“He then continued by likening the actions of the Obama administration to that of Nixon’s or Clinton’s during the course of their equally detrimental scandals.  Just as nobody would trust John Mitchell to investigate Richard Nixon, nobody should trust a partisan Obama donor to investigate the IRS’s political targeting of President Obama’s enemies.”  He added, “Sadly, ‘in the discretion of the Attorney General,’ Eric Holder has chosen to reject the bipartisan tradition of the Department of Justice of putting rule of law above political allegiance.” — http://www.mrconservative.com/2014/03/36878-doj-appoints-obama-mega-donor-to-investigate-irs-scandal-claims-no-conflict-of-interest/

What all of this boils down to is this: The government will not investigate itself, under any circumstances, so long as such an investigation reveals it has not only broken the Law, it has  repeatedly violated every letter of that LAW, and every Principle upon which any LAW to be honored can be Founded. The government will not indict itself, thereby, proving its own incompetence, or the willingness of its office holders, to enrich themselves, and or their primary beneficiaries, whose campaign donations, or wealth generating schemes, may be impaired by the removal of the so attached criminal parasite, sucking the life-blood from some part of the American body politic. A Unit of a Political Dollar— is just a measure of the money influence so used to keep these big wheels of Commerce turning and producing the windfalls of wealth the upper-crust of the International Elites depend upon to maintain control of the New World Empire, which has been here for quite some time now. People are told in the great internet-water-cooler-under-ground to watch out for this “new world order” coming around the bend to enslave us peons— but the fact is— for all the hype it is just another coat of fresh paint on a dead mule.

This “Order” has been operating for centuries under many different names and guises. While it may be true that there is enough in-fighting among its more powerful ruling figures, or families, to cause turmoil severe enough to impair economies so involved, the actual rules of this world-controlling-game have been in place all along.

By focusing people’s attention on the wrong factors (using the internet quite effectively for this purpose) the dirty under-belly of the great beast is never exposed for what it is — a vast criminal network based on every sin and vice known to mankind. From the numbers alone, derived of the cash so produced, this criminal mega-racket is also one of the most lucrative areas for “Judicial Process” related exploitation.  The super-sized fortunes of the idle criminal class are so inter-woven with the so-called normal side of the over-all economic equation one can barely discern any real difference between the two factions. Old money versus anything else that dares step on the wrong toes kind of deal. One uses the federal goons like so many meat-puppets, while the other plays on the desperation’s of the down-trodden to maintain their clandestine operations and thus the illicit profits. One can also make the candid observation, the fed goons expertly play the “players” in most cases, to keep the commerce flowing and then strip the little fish of their illegal gains, when they are ripe for the plucking.

The bitter question posed by all this scheming is why is it so successful? The simple answer is that it depends on a trick upon the mind itself. The trick is in the assumed perceptions of wealth and power of which the dollar is just the worm on the hook. We are like blind-men trying to study an elephant that is essentially alien to our senses. We know that it is there, but we cannot place the perception into a physical description which conforms to our demands of reality itself. Which is why it is everywhere and yet nowhere, all the while confounding our rules and measures of its existence. It is not bound by time or space as we pretend all things to be— and thus it is invisible to all such observations so bounded by that shiny box of conformity. Without an objective quality of reality this creature exploits the darker corners of the human psyche, especially more so when the influences of booze and drugs, violence and sexual energies all combine like a flame to gasoline.

Way back in the dark ages there were schools of knowledge which had pieced together enough facts to help the initiated understand what it was mankind was dealing with in this paranormal corner of reality. Superstitions are the vestigial remains of this knowledge, as was religion an antidote to the poisonous influences so wrought upon the weak and strong alike…. a war for our collective souls has been raging for eons, and mankind has lost so much that what is left seems trivial by comparison. That is of course IF one still has any sense of that quality, to compare too, or contrast thereof, otherwise, it is all just empty words without visceral meaning.

How do know what has been lost, if you have no idea what it is now missing.

That is a significant part of the greater problem today… the fragmentation of mans mass-mind is a mirror to that of the soul itself. Science trumpets that there is no Soul, and thus no spiritual, supra-order can possibly exist. Which is perfectly ass-backwards to the truth… physical existence is a result of the spiritual cosmos, which is not bound by time or space. Unfortunately, for mankind, the blighted spiritual kingdom of this earth, is just as corrupted as its physical embodiments.  Peel back another layer of the world-wide malaise and one discovers the misuse of all things Occult, by way of secret clubs, orders, societies etc. all seeking to gain more power from that very same corrupted source. The success of these endeavors is found in the misery, anguish, pain and suffering, so inflicted upon the masses of people, just trying to stay alive, of which the emotional energies are drawn off to feed that monstrosity, hiding in the sub-conscious corners, of the unbound, mass-mind.

{If science, ever let on that it was capable of mapping the qualities of the unconsciousness fields, perhaps, similar to an energy-topology of the brain itself; such knowledge, when kept in great secrecy, would indeed allow such gained exploits to be used by the media corporations, military, etc with great advantage. Keeping such new branches of knowledge out of sight of the public is not that far-fetched at all. Just pondering what might be in play at least gives people, so capable of thinking out-side the box, some new ideas to pursue:  to know what it is we are really up against– and that it is real— would be quite the breakthrough to say the least.}

Nationally, our spurious leaders are basically sock-puppets, whose political addictions to their own illusions of self, are far more serious, than any shot of smack, or crack, put together. They are transfixed upon an illusion only they can see and respond to willingly, because they are the vassals of those very powers that they seek. It is really that simple. And due to this sublime fact, they are also profoundly dangerous, even as they are also profoundly, witless. This is why they appear to be accutely vacant, air-headed and totally out-of-touch with the reality, most of the rest of us live in… in many respects, they really are like pod-people. Not everyone up on that Hill is so disposed of their humanity, but the worst of the bunch are actually those we never see in the media and no doubt never will. Influence on that level does not require cubicle seating arrangements to be effective.

To catch such a phantom is no easy trick. To flush it out into the open harder yet. All one may ever see is the shadow of its passing in one of those vassals it approves of and favors for acceptance of its vices. Just like agent Smith–it seeks to make more of itself— me-me-me is the buzzword of its true calling. So the next time you are watching yet another scandal on the news, where it is once again as obvious as the light of day, that some top official has just lied again, and sure enough, the reporter just nods along in agreement to the bold-faced lie, as if they both were as dumb as door-knobs, that is one of the key signs of just how effective that influence is in practice. When your conscience is dead-as-a-doornail, you can lie about anything with a straight face and a perky attitude. Selling those damn evil lies is what separates the noob’s from those really, high-powered suits, just using that Judicial process, while calling it rain.

They are oblivious to any other quality of reality save their own. Their term for this state of mind is “Illuminated” which when considering the actual results, seems rather dubious at best. Like any other religion where obedience is the key factor, of where that nose is affixed, these illuminated bone-heads really are way too self-absorbed for their own good. Sure they have trillions in assets, which they have squeezed from the rest of the world by every trick a rule can turn, but the actual costs of their filthy empire cannot be measured by mere numbers alone. The truth is they are killing the planet, blaming the rest of humanity, well mostly those of us in the west for the moment, while extolling the virtues of being too Elite to bother with such petty issues in the first place.

So long as the hired help does as it is told, nothing else matters, after all, if Holder actually goes down in flames for being the worst Attorney General to ever further the disgrace, of an already broken down office, the president can issue yet another obnoxious pardon. And just like magic the whole, rotten scandalous stink-pile will vanish in a puff of blue-ink and smoke… same as always and another rotten egg will soon follow. Maybe, we need to find that no good chicken in that rotten roost and put it out of commission.  Then again, that requires nothing more fancy than plain common sense.

Maybe, we can get one of those czar’s so appointed…. for ourselves.  This would lead of course to Czar Wars. To take down the Dark-Side might require some of the “Force” skills after all. Odd as that may be, anything is better than apathy.

—–“In 2009, Holder famously said that Americans “have always been, and we, I believe, continue to be, in too many ways, essentially a nation of cowards.” He doubled down on the statement in interview with the University of Virginia’s Miller Center in January. Maybe he was speaking about himself?”— http://www.bizpacreview.com/2014/04/25/eric-holder-abruptly-cancels-speech-amid-angry-protest-114727

Man up America and prove him wrong.
