If You Are Doing Nothing Wrong… Fear not Uncle Sam

If you are doing nothing wrong …. so the story goes, you have nothing to worry about. Only bad people have something to worry about, presumably, knowing the bad things they have done, or will be doing, and they are hoping in vain, none of those badge-wearing authorities will notice just how guilty they look merely walking down the street. These arch villains, known to us as Terrorists, need to fear the Law. And so to make them fear the law the government has to be tough, ready to get down with some serious, major ass-whoop’in, and make those red-eyed terrorists wish they had never messed with big, bad, Uncle Sam–meanest man in the whole damn land.

Just a mere glance at any recent pics of those super-tough, shade wearing BLM dudes, showing them Bundy’s whose the Boss, proved that Uncle Sam is ready and willing to lay down the law; especially on those trespassing cattle. Why, them cows were for all purposes domestic terrorists, so they had to be taught a lesson. A deadly lesson… and now every cow across America knows that “trespassing” is a serious federal crime. Never mind the fact, that killing cattle is destruction of private property— that Bundy guy knew the consequences of allowing his cattle to range on BLM lands, without a permit, was tantamount to pointing a deadly horn, at the BLM, thus, he crossed the line, and his cattle paid for his mistake with their lives.

Of course Senator Reid, in yet another interview, made it perfectly clear— when the Law is being broken— the consequences are swift and will be deadly.

harry reid

So Mr. Reid is on the National News, telling the broadcast audience that “Ranchers” can be lumped into a gross generalization “Domestic Terrorists” as IF such an accusation is justified by his mere words alone. If “Dirty” Harry Reid says those Ranchers, are guilty, as charged, who cares about Due Process, much less Judicial Process. That Attorney General guy said something along the lines that “Due Process” was a constitutional right, but not Judicial Process. Is Reid telegraphing that the federal goons are going to put some extra teeth into their little wet dream— Bringing the war home?

—–“Under the ‘worldwide indefinite detention without charge or trial’ provision of S.1867, the National Defense Authorization Act bill, which is set to be up for a vote on the Senate floor this week, the legislation will “basically say in law for the first time that the homeland is part of the battlefield,” said Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), who supports the bill.”—-

—–“President Obama signed the NDAA at the end of 2011, stating in his signing statement that he disagreed with the necessity of its detention provisions and asserting that his “Administration will not authorize the indefinite military detention without trial of American citizens” because “doing so would break with our most important traditions and values as a Nation,” promising that his “Administration will interpret section 1021 in a manner that ensures that any detention it authorizes complies with the Constitution, the laws of war, and all other applicable law”:

The fact that I support this bill as a whole does not mean I agree with everything in it. In particular, I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation, and prosecution of suspected terrorists.Section 1021 affirms the executive branch’s authority to detain persons covered by the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) (Public Law 107-40; 50 U.S.C. 1541 note). This section breaks no new ground and is unnecessary.Section 1022 seeks to require military custody for a narrow category of non-citizen detainees who are “captured in the course of hostilities authorized by the Authorization for Use of Military Force.”

This section is ill-conceived and will do nothing to improve the security of the United States. The executive branch already has the authority to detain in military custody those members of al-Qa’ida who are captured in the course of hostilities authorized by the AUMF, and as Commander in Chief I have directed the military to do so where appropriate. I reject any approach that would mandate military custody where law enforcement provides the best method of incapacitating a terrorist threat.

While section 1022 is unnecessary and has the potential to create uncertainty, I have signed the bill because I believe that this section can be interpreted and applied in a manner that avoids undue harm to our current operations.”

Now when Obama promises anything, that alone ought to raise alarm bells, but with all that flag waving heck who among us has anything to worry about, So long as we are doing nothing wrong, right? For the sake of an example, of how this was viewed in the mainstream media at that time, I pulled up a few older articles:

—–“If Obama does one thing for the remainder of his presidency let it be a veto of the National Defense Authorization Act – a law recently passed by the Senate which would place domestic terror investigations and interrogations into the hands of the military and which would open the door for trial-free, indefinite detention of anyone, including American citizens, so long as the government calls them terrorists.

–“Over at Wired, Spencer Ackerman gives us the long and short of things: There are still changes swirling around the Senate, but this looks like the basic shape of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act. Someone the government says is “a member of, or part of, al-Qaida or an associated force” can be held in military custody “without trial until the end of the hostilities authorized by the Authorization for Use of Military Force.”

–“Those hostilities are currently scheduled to end the Wednesday after never. The move would shut down criminal trials for terror suspects. But far more dramatically, the detention mandate to use indefinite military detention in terrorism cases isn’t limited to foreigners. It’s confusing, because two different sections of the bill seem to contradict each other, but in the judgment of the University of Texas’ Robert Chesney — a nonpartisan authority on military detention — “U.S. citizens are included in the grant of detention authority.”An amendment that would limit military detentions to people captured overseas failed on Thursday afternoon. The Senate soundly defeated a measure to strip out all the detention provisions on Tuesday.

–“So despite the Sixth Amendment’s guarantee of a right to trial, the Senate bill would let the government lock up any citizen it swears is a terrorist, without the burden of proving its case to an independent judge, and for the lifespan of an amorphous war that conceivably will never end. And because the Senate is using the bill that authorizes funding for the military as its vehicle for this dramatic constitutional claim, it’s pretty likely to pass.”

–“The SCOTUS would absolutely find the provisions unconstitutional.  BUT… you do not appear in front of the court unless you have standing with the court. To get standing, you need to be harmed by the provision first. Since that harm is you’re held in Cuba and denied a trial, nobody will get this Law in front of the court.

Please realize this… You WILL NOT be a defendant fighting your way through the court system through due process, eventually having your day in court and the SCOTUS striking down the law. You literally become a missing persons case. Get it? The law was designed so it would never see the light of day in any legal forum.

This law is far more dangerous than any terrorists. Of course, statistically, so is prescription medications and swimming pools. We don’t seem to be giving up our rights for those for some reason.”— http://www.forbes.com/sites/erikkain/2011/12/05/the-national-defense-authorization-act-is-the-greatest-threat-to-civil-liberties-americans-face/

–“Sen. Carl Levin (D-Mich.), tried to persuade skeptics that the bill wasn’t so bad. His pitch?

“The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States,” he said on the Senate floor on Monday. The bill would just LET the government detain a citizen in military custody, not FORCE it to do that.

What if you are innocent and want to go to trial quickly so the Judge will hear you tell him that you were arrested without any reason other than you look like a criminal and may be set free to return to your wife and children because of the habeas Corpus Act? [http://civilliberty.about.com/od/lawenforcementterrorism/g/habeas_corpus.htm

Well, clearly the bill was signed into law, despite the reservations of those detention provisions. The critical question is disingenuously avoided: is there really such a thing as a terrorist beyond the adverse descriptive? Labeling a person— as a tactic of asymmetric warfare—“terrorism” for any reason exterior to the generalization itself—is of course an absurdity of false rhetoric. But this absurdity is a bit more complex than the average stupid nonsense one comes to expect of congressional illiterates, who have proven over and over again, they are essentially retarded when it comes to simple logic. They are indeed taking DOWN Americas consciousness to a whole new level of stupid. How else to explain the insidious use of terms which force the principle of law to become an ass of itself?

Lets, make this new law so stupid it confuses reasonably intelligent people, in such a manner, they have to become dumber than a bag of rocks to agree with the demands of the Congress, as expressed in the stupefying manner, so written. We are being forced to obey a blizzard of laws, so detached from reality that we are living in what I termed “Anti-America” as a result. In anti-America everything is ass-backwards to the truth on purpose to trap honest people in dishonest legalized relationships they would otherwise avoid, primarily, as a result of the Harm so inflicted. It is like fixing a case of the hiccups by using a hammer to knock oneself in the head. If one is unconscious the hiccups are cured, and never-mind the fractured skull.

The absurdity staring us in the face, by that term so used, is this: It is good to fracture the skull to cure hiccups to stop terrorism.

It is good to force Americans to Harm themselves, or it is good for the government to Harm Americans, so long as those dirty, rotten no good terrorists are treated well, like terrorists. Why, if we stopped treating terrorists like terrorists the terrorists realizing, they are no longer seen as terrorists, might very well stick out their “terrifying tongues of terror” and wave those “terrible fingers of terror” in mass fearful signs, so ‘terrorful’, that even deaf people will be terrorized, by such signs of terror; thereby, causing pandemic waves of horrible, gut wrenching terror so…. [after a while you start running out of ways to make the terror story really scary]… frightful even junk-yard dogs were running for the hills.

Or maybe something like this to induce those fearful pulsations of stark-raving terror:

And the sheer terror rose up in the young woman’s throat, as she realized, the rumpled looking man was indeed a terrorist… he was clutching his left shoe, in his right hand, just like a terrorist would, while waving around a  dirty pair of underwear, with his other hand, proving he was also a really bad smelling terrorist, and only a few yards away from the spreading terror was a skinny, stun-gun wearing TSA agent curiously fixated on his computer screen.  She screamed in ever greater terror, and the terrorist responded by screaming, like a bat-out-of hell, as well inducing more terror. Screaming shards of terror filled the room in deafening waves, as heart palpitating terror, gripped the many passengers, patiently waiting to be screened, for terrorist linked paraphernalia. Mass screaming, engulfed the lobby, as they all panicked in terror, that a terrorist, was loose among them.

So terrifying was the ordeal a new law was passed, barely moments later, outlawing all forms, actions, emotions and gestures of terror related human activity. “This is a war on terror” stridently spoke the president, “I promise we will catch this terror by the tail and wring it like a rag. We will stomp out the terror, mangle its bones and flesh, make it wish its no good evil ways never darkened our doorstep. We will fight the terror to the ends of the Earth and to the very ends of time itself–if so necessary. You can count on me, your terror fighting president, to ruthlessly pursue those who would cause us terror, for we shall prevail in these fearfully, dark and stormy terrible times, of terrorists terrorizing us, with bloody terror.”

And so the government having once again proven, no bumbling terrorist is a match for those fearless, furious agents of Law and Order did indeed beat down that under-wear-waving terrorist, till his blood ran across the floor, right along side his shattered teeth. They filled him full of lead and stomped his guts out just to be sure he was dead. And so they saved the day again.    [It was later discovered, but never reported, that the man in question, was only holding a phone (losing the signal connection), while fanning himself with a newspaper due to the suffocating heat.]

Now… having exaggerated to the extreme this little scenario of terror gone absurdly wrong to emphasize the wretched lies now engrained into the mind-sets of the fools in charge, a few questions still remain.

Terror:  4.  Violence committed or threatened by a group to intimidate or coerce a population, as for military or political purposes.

To frighten—Intense, overpowering fear.

What about those of us who do NOT fear as a first reaction to the unknown? What happens if the fools trying to instill fear simply fail? Without the dumb-asses in the Congress, constantly wailing about these “foreign principles” who have been pumped up like bad-ass Rambo’s, wildly exaggerated at every turn as the enemy, for the express purpose as a faceless threat of mediocrity, and all of this blathering nonsense in order to justify their own damn evils? Why that would mean they are using the “terrorist” as a diversion… a patsy… a ploy to fake us out. Why, would Congress stoop to such a new low, just to make even bigger bucks, for the ever-expanding, Intel-surveillance-industrial-communications-weaponized-complex?   Hell-yeah… they already did.

Take the word “terrorist” and replace it with boogieman.  The boogieman is coming… he is looking for blood. If you see the boogieman… run. Run for your ever-loving life. Trust us… the boogieman is bad, real bad and he is looking for you, like a lion looking for its next meal. Gosh, could it be…. the Industrial-Military-Intelligence-Complex joined up with the Intel-surveillance-industrial-communications-weaponized-complex, and thus Created the “enemy-combatant-terrorist” as a fiction— as just another boogieman? Mmm… both are persons seeking to do public harm…? Both are seemingly invincible…. able to mix common ordinary substances, like breast-milk and toothpaste, into mass-explosive, carnage inducing weapons, of asymmetric warfare, on unsuspecting, ordinary citizens while boarding passenger jets. Yes….. diabolical fusion powered exploding underwear, Get-Smart styled black shoes, LASER emitting fake eye-balls, bionic hands or even legs… with knife tipped steel feet. Hell, these boogieman’s might even be able to breath underwater just like a monster from the Black-Lagoon…. Holy Hell Batman, the top level Boogieman is a master arch criminal like Lex Luther or something. He is everywhere but nowhere… OH my god… he knows the unknown, just like former Defense comedian-“What-trillions?”-Rumsfeld, when the unknown is not known to be unknown and the unknown is yet to be known not knowing what can be known is still unknown what we know is known.  Nah… pure conjecture.

America has become a C-grade comic book. Only not as entertaining.

When I see yet another blurb on the media, where Harry the fool Reid, is talking out his ass about “Ranchers” being “Domestic Terrorists” I know for certain Congress has reached another low of mind-boggling super-stupid. What’s next… waitresses… with paper and pens, cabbies wearing turbans, bus drivers with too much attitude, how about teachers with rulers, or those little, old, blue-haired librarians. Those librarians read lots of books and magazines… which may have knowledge of chemical processes so used to make lethal concoctions…. forget cattle, they are just big, dumb animals… fear those Google, glass-wearing geeks… they know math and stuff… yes sir, they might be carrying around one of those James Bond Ipads with exploding keys. How about those milk delivery guys… always driving around in those big trucks, seems damn suspicious when you get right down to it… and they have cattle pictures too.

Homeland security can never be too careful right? Sure, when one sees the boogieman around every corner, lurking behind every scowl, hiding right out there in plain site, nobody is safe. Next thing you know every time you look in a mirror some damn government gadget will start beeping… are you a boogieman? You sir, have a shaving apparatus, which is now illegal to posses, put down the weapon of mass-destruction… be prepared for a house take-down…. sirens wailing, doors being splintered, as SWAT teams rush into your home— beating your wife and kids, shooting the dog, and the cat, while wailing on you, the offending individual, for causing a Terror Alert System Response… your neighbors will say nothing, because they are too terrified to do a damn thing even as you are summarily executed. All because you thought you were doing nothing wrong… while shaving in your own bathroom.

…What you think was never the question, needing an answer.

If I fear gas prices are rising, will that pompous tool Reid, send in the SWAT teams, to take down those stinking, fat-rats using oil for their means of mass-pricing terror? The trouble with this absurdity of fear mongering posing as stupidity is that eventually in order to protect us from the big-bad boogieman… we will be subjected to every rotten, stupid, demeaning, nonsensical horseshit, some wind-bag in Congress, will sign off on, to yet another predatory agency, which will use the Administrative Act, to wipe its ass as usual, while gunning down innocent Americans for nothing more terrifying than drinking coffee and having a smoke.

Yeah, they will be making smokers out to be domestic terrorists as well… and the damning thing is a whole segment of the non-smoking crowd will applaud that action too. Once you agree to go down that road of stupid… when they come for those somebodies… you will be repeating that mantra, but perhaps not as smug as the day before.

If you are not doing anything wrong… why are people— ordinary Americans being frisked in airports, spied on, or being murdered by law enforcement personal, at the drop of a dime? If intimidating people is the notorious sign of terror related activity how come the guilty are waltzing around free as birds in what was once our government? Well, see there I go jumping to conclusions— we never owned a damn thing. What is the connection between “agenda 21” “The Fabien’s” “Rothschild” the U.N. amongst just a few of the world-wide web of criminal anarchy? Gosh, I wonder?  The criminals have been running the show for so long the layers of deceptions and diversions are miles deep in the worlds psyche— that mass mind where that unconscious cesspool of fear so dwells. Mind control needs fear, and so fear has to be produced, and thus a terrorist, has to be that agent of fear delivery.

How many billions have been spent on mind-altering drugs, so peddled to people under, and over the counter? High powered compounds, which target the centers of the brain, where such fear is induced, held or acted upon perhaps? And so now, fifty or more years into this mass-fear program, where terror is around every corner, here is the Congress passing yet more laws, on top of older laws, to increase the number of chances, an ordinary citizen, doing absolutely nothing, can be seized by nothing more than “Pointing a Finger” and the big-wheel of Law Enforcement goes right to Summary Execution, without any need for a Jury much less a Judge… Courts are so old and barbaric… and slow… way too slow, for the fast moving, hyper-kinetic enforcement of the Law.

Law moves fast and fast is good. Fast and furious eh?

So when does rational thinking ever enter back into the picture? Never, so long as the Congress, can hide behind that “Federal Castle Doctrine” not a damn thing will ever “Change” the good of America back into a time of peace. In order to protect the world-wide web of financial plundering, stop-gaps had to be placed into the gears of illicit Commerce, thus politics mirrors the grisly truth— those who cause the terror are working for the sharks who need the terror to sell more security, more weapons of destruction, social defensing infrastructure on ever greater scales of industrial complexity vertically intertwined with corporations already enshrined into the lobbying-executive-level revolving door of chairmanships and directors, writing the very laws which fatten their profits at the magic trough of taxpayer money.

Case in point:

“The company reported worldwide profits of $14.2 billion, and said $5.1 billion of the total came from its operations in the United States. Its American tax bill? None. In fact, G.E. claimed a tax benefit of $3.2 billion.

–“That may be hard to fathom for the millions of American business owners and households now preparing their own returns, but low taxes are nothing new for G.E. The company has been cutting the percentage of its American profits paid to the Internal Revenue Service for years, resulting in a far lower rate than at most multinational companies.

–“Its extraordinary success is based on an aggressive strategy that mixes fierce lobbying for tax breaks and innovative accounting that enables it to concentrate its profits offshore. G.E.’s giant tax department, led by a bow-tied former Treasury official named John Samuels, is often referred to as the world’s best tax law firm. Indeed, the company’s slogan “Imagination at Work” fits this department well. The team includes former officials not just from the Treasury, but also from the I.R.S. and virtually all the tax-writing committees in Congress.

–“Transforming the most creative strategies of the tax team into law is another extensive operation. G.E. spends heavily on lobbying: more than $200 million over the last decade, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. Records filed with election officials show a significant portion of that money was devoted to tax legislation. G.E. has even turned setbacks into successes with Congressional help. After the World Trade Organization forced the United States to halt $5 billion a year in export subsidies to G.E. and other manufacturers, the company’s lawyers and lobbyists became deeply involved in rewriting a portion of the corporate tax code, according to news reports after the 2002 decision and a Congressional staff member.

–“By the time the measure — the American Jobs Creation Act — was signed into law by President George W. Bush in 2004, it contained more than $13 billion a year in tax breaks for corporations, many very beneficial to G.E. One provision allowed companies to defer taxes on overseas profits from leasing planes to airlines. It was so generous — and so tailored to G.E. and a handful of other companies — that staff members on the House Ways and Means Committee publicly complained that G.E. would reap “an overwhelming percentage” of the estimated $100 million in annual tax savings.

–“According to its 2007 regulatory filing, the company saved more than $1 billion in American taxes because of that law in the three years after it was enacted.

–“By 2008, however, concern over the growing cost of overseas tax loopholes put G.E. and other corporations on the defensive. With Democrats in control of both houses of Congress, momentum was building to let the active financing exception expire. Mr. Rangel of the Ways and Means Committee indicated that he favored letting it end and directing the new revenue — an estimated $4 billion a year — to other priorities.

–“G.E. pushed back. In addition to the $18 million allocated to its in-house lobbying department, the company spent more than $3 million in 2008 on lobbying firms assigned to the task.

–“Mr. Rangel dropped his opposition to the tax break. Representative Joseph Crowley, Democrat of New York, said he had helped sway Mr. Rangel by arguing that the tax break would help Citigroup, a major employer in Mr. Crowley’s district.

–“While G.E.’s declining tax rates have bolstered profits and helped the company continue paying dividends to shareholders during the economic downturn, some tax experts question what taxpayers are getting in return. Since 2002, the company has eliminated a fifth of its work force in the United States while increasing overseas employment. In that time, G.E.’s accumulated offshore profits have risen to $92 billion from $15 billion.

–“That G.E. can almost set its own tax rate shows how very much we need reform,” said Representative Lloyd Doggett, Democrat of Texas, who has proposed closing many corporate tax shelters. “Our tax system should encourage job creation and investment in America and end these tax incentives for exporting jobs and dodging responsibility for the cost of securing our country.

The very same argument was used way back when to usher in the Corporate Excise Tax — so clearly nothing has changed when it comes to massive international corporations using the government to wipe their collective asses in such a manner to prove they DO NOT answer to mere national peons waving around some silly bill. Boy are those Congress critters dumb. They fall for this stupid trick decade after decade… if on the other hand they know exactly what the game is that means they are profiting from the game so played. That Miracle I alluded to in a previous post, was that one fine day politicians would re-emerge as Statesman… leading by example for the rest of the world… I did say it would be a miracle, ’cause there is nothing else under the sun to make that Change happen any time soon.

Meanwhile, the nexus between so many nefarious groups operating in the shadows, is the core assertion that no individual ownership of property can be allowed– a communistic goal which was well hidden from the public by simply using nice sounding terms which sway the emotions to the desired goals. Essentially, Congress has helped destroy the principles of law, in order to manipulate the law into a form of which it cannot sustain the Truth. Truth has been banished because it destroys not just the lies, but those astronomical profit margins. Lies make more money than truth and bold-ass lies make fortunes.  Catching Congress in its lies is easy—-making them admit their lying has to become impossible— seeking the truth has become a serious liability for such frauds and they know IF Congress goes down so will they shortly thereafter, one cannot survive without the other. The international shysters cannot continue ruling the world if people re-gain the control of governments to DEFEND themselves from their financial predations. So out come the scare tactics, the threats of financial Armageddon, the petrol dollar demise, or more terrorism to keep the people in circles of self-defeating reactions. To make this work people need to hate each other— and nothing stirs up the call to hatred and animosity than petty tyrants being created out of layers of ambiguous applications of fundamental law.

As people find themselves on opposite sides of a political fence, where one side is seen as getting significant material advantages, stemming from private property, while the other side is squeezed out of every last penny to just stay alive, the stage will be set for rivalry between people of States, trying to secure for themselves basic necessities and of course energy.

The wolves, will simply kick-back and watch the country tear itself apart, as class warfare takes yet another turn for the madness which will soon follow. To thwart this agenda all people need to do is keep the peace and not let emotions dictate irrational actions. To stop people from exercising their power to remove criminals from their “Institutions” all manner of bogus anti-laws need to be in place and so enforced, to  prevent “democracy” and destroy any vestiges of a representational form of government. That would be a Republic which defends on Principle all individual Rights. The government does not get to pick and choose which ones, or how many, or of what kind.

After stirring up a Hornets nest of cultural animosity [blacks against whites etc] over the last fifty years, the trust function between the many qualities of races making up the American people, has never been worse, thus, divide and conquer has never been easier; especially, when all you have to do is “Point a Finger” at one of those “Other People” so labeled, riled, ridiculed and destitute to spoil them to a fight, because they have “nothing else better” to live for either.

Yeah, Uncle Same is one bad man, and he is indeed the meanest one— on the Land.

And the truth is—- it has been that way from day one.
